King County (unincorporated)
Unincorporated King County residential applications commonly start at MyBuildingPermit; the county Accela portal is also used for status and records.
Snohomish County
Snohomish County Planning and Development Services (PDS) covers county-jurisdiction work. City projects (Edmonds, Lynnwood, and others) use the city or MyBuildingPermit path instead.
Shoreline

Lynnwood
