Uploads, addresses, and leads
How the concept tool on the homepage handles photos, addresses, and contact details. Questions: editorial@boardofprojectstewardship.com.
Photos you upload
The tool accepts a JPEG, PNG, or WebP photo you choose, up to 8 MB. Your browser re-encodes it and removes embedded metadata before anything leaves the device. Details visible in the photo remain. When this site is not connected to the concept service, the photo stays in the browser and nothing is uploaded.
When the concept service is connected, anonymous photo objects are scheduled for deletion after 7 days. That photo rule does not delete the lead record, the consent record, or copies sent by email. Photos kept with a lead are linked to that lead. Interior photos can show personal items, so they are not published on this site.
Uploaded photos are not used to train image models. Street View is display-only inside a Google Maps frame. A Street View image is not copied into the page and is not sent to an image model. Concepts are made only from photos you upload.
Addresses
The address stored is the one you type or confirm. If Google Places is enabled later, only the place id from that selection is kept in addition to the address text you confirmed. Without a Maps key, the page shows a plain address field and does not call Google.
City and ZIP on the request form are what you select. The city list is a planning aid for King County and Snohomish County. It is not a promise of service at every address.
Leads
If you check the consent box, the request, contact details, address, and images are shared only with Pacific Pro Group (WA contractor registration PACIFPG765OF) so they can contact you about that project. The independence wording on the homepage Directory #1 card is unchanged. Optional text consent and the planning-guides email are separate and are not required to send the request. Texting stays off until that program is ready.
Each lead is stored with the consent text version and which boxes were checked, then a notice can be emailed. Notify mail goes to editorial@boardofprojectstewardship.com. A confirmation uses a fixed message and does not include your note or your photo. No response time is promised. Email and sheet copies, when configured, are separate from the 7-day photo deletion rule.
If the concept service is not connected, the form does not send anything. To ask a question without the tool, use the contact page.
Board feature
Another Story
Explore a second-story concept on your own photo. Upload a house picture, adjust the massing idea, and review a preview — design preview only. Not a bid, permit, structural calculation, or construction document.
This is a Board feature. Open the standalone tool at https://boardofprojectstewardship.com/tools/another-story/ or anotherstorysea.com.
